providers, Time Warner and Verio

to each. This topology provides
the ability to scale our bandwidth
well beyond the limits of a traditional
OC-12.

Connectivity:
Blurstorm will offer fast, reliable
connectivity to the internet via
multiple OC-12 connections to over
75 diverse providers. Making sure
your data can be reached, viewed,
updated, and accessible with incredible
connectivity and network strength.
Network
Uptime: Blurstorm
Web Hosting guarantees
network availability
of 99.7% in a given
month, excluding scheduled
maintenance. Network
is considered unavailable
if there is a 100%
packet loss from Blurstorm
Web Hosting to its
backbone providers.
We will refund customers
2% of the monthly
fee for each additional
hour of downtime (up
to 75% of customer's
monthly fee). Network
infrastructure is
all equipment, from
the cable connected
to the server's NIC
to the backbone provider,
and includes routers,
switches and cabling.
Downtime is measured
past 15 minutes after
notification of network
failure, via emailing
webmaster@blurstorm.com.
If the support email
itself is unreachable,
the ticket must be
started by calling
Blurstorm. Blurstorm
Web Hosting personnel
will determine end
of downtime by a traceroute
to the customer's
machine from outside
